Do you know that Pilates started as Rehabilitation for injured men?  Joseph Pilates helped people connect through exercising as physical therapy for the body.  I know, that it will do wonders for your injury as rehabilition. I believe that Pilates is for everybody as it is always modified to fit your body type and level at all times. This is why it is beneficial to have private instruction before taking classes; so you will start to know how to move your body safely through each exericse.

Cadillac, *Foot Corrector, Reformer, Wunda Chair, MVe Chair, Spine Corrector, Toe Corrector, Sand Bag (and of course no equipment is necessary for Mat exercises, other than a padded Mat).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

*Foot Corrector is a small piece of equipment made by Joseph Pilates. It strengthens and stretches the entire longitudinal, metatarsal arch of the foot. With 26 bones and 33 joints in the feet and being the foundation on which we stand, everyone should use the Foot Corrector! Yes, even my feet and ankles feel the difference. The Foot Corrector can be used for hip, knee and sacroiliac problems. This should be mandatory for the geriatric population, as it teaches proper heel-toe roll and articulation of the feet.
